We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your apartment, studio or hotel suite reservation. Should you find your accommodation, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the Internet after you have booked, we will match it. Simply contact us within 24 hours of booking, with details of the web site.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- As lodging prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly, but in any event within 24 hours of reserving your apartment, studio or hotel suite through our booking engine. Our form will ask you for the following information: your name, e-mail address, reservation number, and the web site (URL) where you found a lower rate; additional comments are optional. Please be sure to provide an accurate e-mail address, so that we may respond promptly.
- The Guarantee is not applicable for same-day bookings.
- The Guarantee only applies with respect to a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable at the time we validate your claim, within the 24 hour period; screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
- The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same location where you booked through our service, with the identical check-in and check-out dates and the same booking conditions.
- The lower rate must be in the same national currency as the one on your reservation.
- We will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through our service is complete, has not been cancelled, and is not the subject of a no-show.
- If your claim is unsuccessful because it was not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee's Terms and Conditions, then the terms of your reservation – including the cancellation policy – will still apply.
- A "Lowest Price Guarantee" does not apply to apartments, studios or hotel suites that are purchased through – or in combination with – membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the facility where the booking is made. Lower rates available through opaque sites, where the exact location is not known until after booking, are also excluded from the Guarantee.
