At Discover France we take our responsibility regarding your privacy very seriously, and we require our reservations partner to observe the same high standards. Any information you provide when making a reservation is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will only disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of completing your reservations, in order to provide you with information or services you have requested, or with your explicit consent. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to certain authorized parties — which include members of our own group, trusted partners (some of whom are located outside the European Union), and our own professional advisors. In accordance with all European laws governing personal data protection, our reservations partner follows the strictest security procedures to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorized access. Credit card informationWe will not charge your credit card when you make a reservation. Credit card information is only required to guarantee a booking with the hotel you have selected. You will pay for your stay at the hotel. 
Your credit card and personal information is transmitted to our reservations partner through a secure server, which encrypts all data using the industry standard "Transport Layer Security" (TLS) — also known as "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. A certificate has been issued for this purpose by Thawte. The server and network used by our reservations partner are protected by firewalls and other safeguards against any unauthorized access. You can rest assured that it is completely safe to submit your credit card details at the time of booking. In any event, our reservations partner guarantees to reimburse you for the first €50 if your credit card was misused or abused during the booking process; your credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder. Your credit card details will be retained by our reservations partner only until your arrival date at the hotel. After this date, the details will be destroyed. Control over your data
You always have the right to review any personal data you have stored with Discover France or our reservations partner. To request a copy of your personal data, simply contact us. If your personal data is incorrect, we will change it upon your request. You can also ask us to remove your personal information from our database, using the same contact form. Booking confirmation and other e-mail
After you have made a reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the details of your booking. You should print this confirmation and present it to the hotel as a guarantee of the reservation. Discover France or our reservations partner may send you a short feedback request after your stay at the hotel. Your participation is entirely optional; if you do not wish to give us your opinion, you can let us know and we wil not ask you again. During the reservations process you may request to receive our newsletter, which contains special offers and more information about Discover France or our travel partners.
